We do onboarding sessions, if needed / requested, to make sure that you / your team are all able to use the App, create / complete tasks, workflows, mark attendance etc.

As and when you want to increase the number of users, you will pay only the difference for the extra member/s, and that too on a pro-rated basis for the remaining number of months in your subscription year.

For example: You take 1-year subscription for 3 team-members, and after 6 months, you want to add 1 more person. In this case, instead of Rs 999+GST, we will charge Rs 500+GST only for the remaining 6 months for this additional 1 person. Next billing year onwards, you will be billed for 4 team-members.

You can replace an older employee with a newer employee at no additional cost. We only track the total number of unique users at any given time.

You can create multiple accounts in the same subscription, we only track the number of unique users across all your accounts. You may want to experiment with Groups and Accounts and choose what best suits you / your team.

• Stepping forward a task in a workflow

A person can use Simple Workflow on any number of devices / laptops / desktops simultaneously.

We provide complimentary (free of charge!) geo-fenced attendance and live-tracking of employees to our subscribed accounts.

Your account still remains active, but will be limited to the restrictions specified above. Please note that geo-fenced-attendance and live-location features are only available to actively subscribed accounts.
